Hello this is Shini with yet another character, and first OC of the game.

This is Hector Papadelias from White Wolf's Scion: The Roleplaying Game. He's the child of Poseidon, and thus have various abilities relating to the Sea and Earthquakes, along a divinely-placed chip on his shoulders.
