So I've obviously been absent lately! I should have posted a hiatus like two weeks ago but have been sorting stuff out and also just being busy for the same reason for which I need to take off, which is all the school. Like every item of schoolwork, everywhere. I guess what I'm saying is I'm calling a hiatus until December 15 or so. That should affect Karkat, garbage_phoenix, and garforswords.

Sorry for being flak(ierthanusual)y! I should be back on my game after this semester. Tell me if there's anything you want to continue or backdate after the epic pause when I get back.

More irons in the fire

SO LIKE I've got another plot idea for people what want to get some action event in! This is aimed at younger badasses, because what kind of loser adults would play games with 13 year olds?

FLARP is the Trollplanet equivalent of LARP, and Vriska, being a huge nerd, is, or at least was, a diehard player/GM of it. However, this being Troll culture, FLARP isn't quite like its Earth analogue - the biggest difference is that the monsters used are, in fact, actual real monsters, and it's far from uncommon for the players to be killed during campaigns. In her youth (by which I mean not long ago at all), Vriska was a hardcore Gygaxian GM, running campaigns that would get people slaughtered en masse (out of complicated plot necessity, but that doesn't mean she didn't enjoy it).

So my mission idea is this:
-Vriska recruits some kids together to "play a game that's popular on her homeworld".
-The game is to be played out in the wastelands, which will at least discourage people with no powers at all from playing, unless you want them in. Vriska assures that she has the situation under control.
-The core of the "game" turns out to be Vriska luring a swarm of monsters from the wastes to descend upon her unsuspecting players, and see how well they can handle the sudden adversity.
-Possibly end with some of our blooming Justice Leaguers coming in to save the day.

I know I already am trying to schedule ANOTHER thing with Vriska at the same time (looking at Sunday evening via AIM for that btw), but it's totally IC to have too many irons in the fire for this young lady. Who's interested?

HI ANEMOI DID YOU MISS ME probably not because I wasn't even here for very long last time!!

Anyway, this is the triumphant(?) return of Duo, bringing with me the adorable Yoshika Miyako from Touhou Project. She's a jiang-shi, which is basically a type of zombie, so her joints don't move at all, and her brain's sort of rotten so she's got a terribad memory, even without amnesia! So that's fun...
