This little lady is Bernkastel from Umineko no Naku Koro ni, aka that series about magic and mystery and delicious cow tit sandwiches. She's usually a godmoddy 1,000 year old troll, but with her memories erased, she'll be more resembling Rika Furude, who is kind of her. A bunch of her. In a meta kind of way. Except perhaps a more mature and introverted Rika, but still.
